  20. Chilli flakes
  21. 1 egg

Instructions to make to make Singaporean rice

  1. Firstly, boil the rice
  2. Marinade the chicken with beaten egg,ginger and garlic paste,salt and pepper,chilli sauce and soy sauce.Let it rest for 45-50 mins.
  3. Boil the spaghetti,rinse with cold water. In a separate pot,heat oil and fry the veggies on high flame,add in the soy sauce,mix and set it aside.Mix with the spaghetti.
  4. In another pot,heat oil add in chopped garlic and saute the chicken,add in the ketchup and chilli garlic sauce,give it a good mix, add in the water and simmer on low flame for 2-3 mins.
  5. Assemble by putting the first layer of rice, spaghetti,and chicken curry,garnish with chilli flakes,chilli powder and roasted cumin.
