  10. 1-2 green chilli
  11. 1 tsp salt or to taste
  12. 1 tsp eno
  13. 2 tbsp cooking oil

Steps to make to make Instant Rice Cheese Paddu

  1. Wash and Soak rice and dal for overnight
  2. In morning drain rice and dal, grind it with ginger-garlic- chilli to make a fine paste.
    Add very little water while grinding. We need idli batter like consistency.
  3. Chopped all vegetables of your choice and mix them with prepared batter.
  4. Chopped or great cheese
  5. Heat oil in tadka pan splattered mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add tadka, salt and eno in prepared batter. Mix everything well.
    Heat Appam pan, greased it with oil.
  6. Firstly, Fill 1/2tbsp batter In each pit of paddu patra. Then add some cheese, cover cheese with 1/2tbsp batter. keep the flame on low. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip appams, again cover and cook another side for 2 minutes.
  7. Cheese paddu is ready to eat. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
