  2. Cut onion and carrots in very small pieces. All bell pepper and capsicum in small cubes.mushroom in medium pieces. Garlic and red chilli finally chopped.
  3. Cut pineapple carefully from one side and scoop out the pineapple and make cavity.

    It's look like a pineapple boat.
  4. Cut pineapple in small pieces. 

    In a pan heat oil add garlic red chilli,and onion saute It add carrot and mushroom, cook all vegetables on medium to high flame,Add all remains vegetables except pineapple pieces. Stirfry all vegetables
  5. Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, crushed black pepper, salt to taste. Add pineapple and cook for 1 minutes add grated ginger and mix, now the time to add rice. Add rice carefully and cover it for 1 minutes on low flame, switch off the stove.

    For making chips, wash kamal kakdi very well and cut in to thin round or oval shape pieces. Boil in salty water for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drain extra water. Dry this boiled camal kakdi and deep fry.
