  9. 2 cloves
  10. 2 bay leaves
  11. 10-12 black peppercorns
  12. 1 inch cinnamon

  14. for veggies
  15. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  16. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  17. 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  18. 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  19. To taste salt and pepper
  20. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  21. 7-8 garlic cloves
  22. 2 tsp butter
  23. 2 tsp oil
  24. for Chicken marination
  25. 100 g boneless chicken pieces
  26. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  27. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  28. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  29. To taste salt
  30. 1 tsp lemon juice
  31. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  32. 1 tsp green chilli sauce

Instructions to make to make Junglee rice

  1. First of all heat enough water to boil rice. Add whole spices to boiling water. Wash rice and add a tsp of oil to boiling water.
  2. Add rice and salt to boiling water. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes until properly cooked. Then remove from water.
  3. Heat water n add a tsp of oil. Add spinach leaves n let them boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Then remove them in cold water. After blanching pure the spinach.
  5. Heat butter n add garlic cloves and cumin seeds. Let them cook together.
  6. Add spring onion and cook for a while. Add green chillies.
  7. Add green chilli sauce n cook together. Add capsicum and cabbage, spring onion greens n mix well.
  8. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder n salt. Mix everything well and cook together.
  9. Add spinach puree n mix everything together well.
  10. Wash chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli sauce, coriander powder n lemon juice. Add corn flour and maida.
  11. Mix everything well and deep fry them. Add the deep fried chicken pieces to the vegetable n spinach puree.
  12. Add boiled rice and mix well. Top the pulav with spring onions greens n chopped spinach.
  13. Serve hot the pulav with curd or curd and coriander chutney.
