  23. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  24. 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  25. to taste Salt
  26. 1 tbsp butter
  27. 1/2 cup maida
  28. 2 tbsp corn flour
  29. As required Oil to fry
  30. For gravy
  31. 4 tbsp onion chopped finely
  32. 4 tbsp cabbage chopped finely
  33. 2 tbsp carrot chopped finely
  34. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  35. 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  36. 2 tbsp oil
  37. 3 tbsp soya sauce
  38. 4 tbsp corn flour slurry

Instructions to make to make Fried Rice and Manchurian

  1. Take all veggies,ginger,garlic,paneer in a bowl salt,sahezwan sauce mix all well.
  2. Add butter and flour mix,can add enough flour it can bind all veggies.
  3. Make balls and deep fry in hot oil on sim flame till golden crisp.
  4. For gravy,heat oil in a kadai add ginger,garlic chopped veggies saute for while then add enough water bring it to boil add soya sauce, and corn flour slurry cook till thickens. Gravy is ready add manchurian balls five minutes before serving.
  5. For fried rice, heat oil in kadai add ginger,garlic, chopped onion,carrots,capsicum saute for few seconds on high flame add cooked rice mix it well add all sauces, pepper powder, salt mix it well. Fried rice is ready.
  6. Serve hot in bowl and enjoy.
