  2. In a wok/kadai heat oil. Add in finely chopped garlic and sauté until aromatic. Add in chopped onion, capsicum and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add in chopped carrots, beans and sauté for 2 minutes. (Add in vegetable that take more time to cook first). Then add chopped cabbage and sauté until half cooked. Vegetables should stay crunchy.
  4. Add in soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and mix. Add in cooked and cooled rice, salt, pepper powder and mix well. Fry the vegetable fried rice for 2-3 minutes without breaking the grains.
  5. Serve hot Vegetable Fried Rice along with Paneer Manchurian or Gobhi Manchurian.
