Take bowl add besan salt 1 TSP red chilli powder ajwain baking powder 1/4 TSP oil 1 tbsp mix add 1/4 cup water and make dough semi soft put little oil in hand and knead again - Divide it into equal ball and roll it out in cylindrical shape.
- Boil water in kadhai put the gatta and cook till soft drain the water and keep aside.
- Heat Oil add jeera dalchini tejpata laung Elaichi ginger green chilli paste.
