  1. For preparing rice : wash the rice for 2-3 times and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

  3. Once water started to boil then add soaked rice in it and boil it till it comes to upward direction. Once it comes then transfer to stainer so that it excess water. Keep aside for 25-30 minutes.
  4. For preparing fried rice: heat the oil on tawa and add capsicum, carrot, ginger garlic paste, onion and tomatoes one by one and fry it.
  5. Next, add rice, salt, pepper powder and biryani masala and mix it well.
