Add the onions, garlic and mushrooms and cook for another few minutes. Add 1/2 sauce and cook it through until the meat caramelised. Add 2/3 teaspoon of chilly oil
  5. In a pot prepare the broth and add the rest of the sauce. Bring to a simmer and add the spinach for a minute and the noodles so that they warm up.
  6. Serve in big bowls starting with ladling the broth. Add the meat on top and finish with the spring onions and some more chilly oil
